A free warm and welcoming social group for Carers and the people they care for. Carers meet for a cuppa, a natter, to make friends, learn tips and updates in the carers world and listen to relevant speakers whilst the people that they care for engage in gentle fun activities and a cuppa.  Everyone goes home feeling uplifted and connected to others.

Pop along to the Community Centre for 2.30pm on the third Wednesday of the month.
